Good to know

• Please confirm your reservation in writing. The reservation is binding when you receive a written confirmation from us.
• Deposit:
  Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of € 400,00 per room or – for stays of less than 4 nights – € 200,00. In the event of cancellation, the deposit remains with the establishment, depending on the cancellation conditions.

Cancellation conditions
If something unexpected turns up …

• General cancellation conditions:
  • for cancellations up to 1 month before arrival, there is no charge.
  • for cancellations 14-30 days before arrival, we charge 30% of the booked stay.
  • for cancellations 7-14 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the booked stay.
  • in the event of cancellation less than one week before arrival we charge 80% of the booked stay.
  • in the event of early departure or late arrival, we charge 100% of the booked stay.
  • the hotel also has the possibility to cancel in case of price errors or overbooking!
• Travel cancellation insurance:
  If you delay a booked hotel stay, do not arrive at all or cancel it early, you do not have the right to withdraw from the contract according to the Consumer Protection Code (GvD 206/2005) and cancellation fees will be charged according to EU standards. For such cases we recommend that you take out this cancellation insurance.

• The prices are per person incl. “Tirolerhof’s ¾ Pampering board” plus € 3,70 local tax per person per day from age 14
• Overnight stay with breakfast – without dinner – deduction € 10,- per person per day
• Reductions for children in parents’ room with two full-paying guests:
  • Up to 2 years € 20,00 per day
  • Age 2-6 = 60%
  • Age 6-10 = 50%
  • 10 and up = 40 %
• If you book a deluxe room or suite as a single room, there is an extra charge of 80-90%.
• Means of payment: you are welcome to pay by cheque, cash, EC card or Visa credit cards!

• Check-in: The room is ready for occupancy from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. Should you arrive after 7.00 p.m., please let us know by telephone.
• Check-out: Please vacate your room by 10:30 a.m. on day of departure. We need this short period of time to lovingly prepare and clean the holiday home for the next guests.
• Pets: on request
• We are happy to take special room requests into consideration, however, we cannot guarantee reservations of desired room numbers, but we can guarantee rooms of an equal standard!
• Violations of the smoking ban will be charged with € 250/room or € 500 Euro/suite.
